Add On Property Management Services

The Broker will not manage a Tenant that he did not place or a property that he did not conduct a Move In Inspection Report on.

In the situation where an Owner initially contracts for Lease Only Services then decides to add Property Management Services, the Owner may do so as long as he provides the Broker at least 5 Business Days to conduct a Move In Inspection.
