Agent Showings

If the online advertising indicates that a certain property is available for Agent Escorted Showings, then the Rental Customer can schedule an appointment with a Cooperating Agent or an Agent from Dean & Associates Inc.  The Broker at Dean & Associates requires all rental customers to submit a free Pre-Qualification Form where they will give consent for the Broker to check their Credit Report.  No points will be deducted from the Rental Customer’s Credit Score.

Agent Escorted Showings Service is not available if the online advertising does not indicate that it is.  Some Property Owners pay extra for Agent Escorted Showing Service, but many do not.  However, Rental Customers requesting an Agent Showing will be permitted to schedule an Agent Showing provided they pay for and submit an approvable Application.  

In either case, Rental Customers who do not meet the published minimum requirements for lease application approval will be denied a showing.
