Conditions that have to be Met Before a Lease can be Signed
There are some situations that can develop where an Applicant is approved on credit and income, but the Broker will not present a Lease for the two parties to sign. These situations include, but are not limited to:
- The Applicant(s) has not personally visited the property and approved its condition. Viewing a property virtually and/or having a friend, relative or Agent view the property for an Applicant does not satisfy the Broker’s published requirement for the Applicant to visit the property personally and approve its condition.
- The Applicant has not processed a Pet Application and obtained approval and/or has not processed the No Pet Affidavit.
