How Long Will It Take To Rent My Property?

It currently takes an average of 50 viewings to find a qualified renter. The number and frequency of viewings are determined by how competitively priced the property compares to other similar properties. Therefore, the Owner, not the Broker, is responsible for how quickly the property is leased.

In the Broker’s opinion, for 2024, the Zillow Rent Zestimates® were significantly above the actual values that properties were being leased for.

For properties that lease between $1,500 and $3,000 per month, the chart below estimates the time it may take to lease a rental property based on the property’s rental rate compared to the Zillow Rent Zestimate®.
