Property Management Service costs $50 per month and includes:
- 12 Month Lease Term
- Repair Ordering Service
- Rent Collection
- Accounting
- 1099 Service
- Move In Condition Report
- Move Out Condition Report
- Security Deposit Escrow and Return
- Eviction Protection Plan (EPP) is charged at: $5 per month for Tenants with a 670 or better credit score; $10 per month for Tenants with between 620 – 669 credit score; $15 per month for Tenants with between 580 – 619 credit score. Monthly charges for EPP are waived when SureVestor Insurance is purchased.
