The Broker Does Not Give Out Manual Codes for Access

It is the Broker’s position that his responsibility to secure the premises far outweighs any responsibility to the Rental Customer to accommodate a request for a Rently manual code to provide immediate access to the premises. While the Broker does not make a judgment or determination concerning the possible motive for any particular Rental Customer requesting a manual Rently access code, the Rental Customer should be aware that requesting a manual code is a known tactic used by individuals involved in fraudulent activity.
