We are Realtors® that specialize in assisting Individual and Corporate Investors acquire Rental Properties. We also provide Leasing Services, Property Management Services and Eviction Insurance.

Service Area
Our Service Area is Shelby County. We provide Leasing and Management Services for single family properties that are estimated by Zillow® to lease between $1500 per month. Properties must be vacant, unfurnished and in “Broom Clean” condition.
Leasing Service
Leasing Service includes: (1) Advertising, (2) Property Showings, (3) Tenant Screening, (4) Producing a Move In Condition Report and (5) Lease Execution.
Advertising: We will photograph your property advertise it on Zillow®, Hotpads®, Trulia®, Realtor.com®, etc.
Property Showings: The Broker will provide MLS Listing Service with all showings conducted by Licensed Realtors® for a fee of 100% of the first month’s rent. The Broker will provide Rently® Self-Showing Service for a fee of 50% of the first month’s rent.
Tenant Screening: We verify the Applicant’s Identity, Employment, Credit Score and Background.
Move In Inspection Report: The Broker will conduct a Move In Inspection Report with 360° photography and deliver a copy to the Landlord and the Tenant. The Broker will not conduct a Move Out Inspection Report with Lease Only Service.
Lease Execution: We provide Attorney vetted Leases for both parties to sign online via DocuSign.
Optional Property Management Service
$99 per Month – Features of this service include:
- Rent Collection
- Credit Bureau Reporting
- Accounting
- Move In and Move Out Inspections
- Security Deposit Escrow and Return
- Repair Ordering Service
- Renewal Service costs $250 per year and features include Annual Property Inspection, Negotiating Rent Increases, Rechecking Annual Employment, Rechecking Annual Income and Rechecking Ratios and Credit Score when applicable.
Optional Surevestor Eviction Insurance
$39 per Month – The Insurance Company requires Insured Properties to be managed by a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Surevestor Eviction Insurance includes:
- Loss of Rent Guarantee with up to 12 weeks of rent loss
- Tenant Malicious Damage Guaranteed with $35k in coverage
- Eviction Guarantee with $5k in eviction coverage, plus $600 for any sheriff fees
- $1,000,000 coverage for 3rd party claims that happen on your property
