For Rent By Owner (FRBO) Services

Dean & Associates Inc has designed a special package of professional services to assist rental Property Owners who are already advertising and showing their property, but desire professional monthly management services for $49 per month.

The Owner would continue to advertise and show their property to rental customers and refer those customers to Dean & Associates Inc for a move-in inspection, tenant screening and lease execution for a fee of $450.

The contract between the Owner and Broker would be an Open Listing Agreement and the Broker would act as a Transaction Facilitator instead of the Single Agent of the Owner.

Owners would also be able to add SureVestor Eviction and Damage Insurance for an additional monthly fee of $49 per month.
