Lease Only Service for Tenants with a 700+ FICO® 8 Credit Scores

Leasing Service costs 50% of the First Month’s Rent.

Service Includes:  

• Credit-Verified Lockbox Service℠:  We will check the Credit Report of every Rental Customer that requests a tour of your property to verify that they have at least a 700 FICO 8 Credit Score, without delinquencies, before allowing Self-Guided Tour Access to your property.
• Listing and Advertising:  We will photograph your property and list it to the MLS, Zillow®, Hotpads®, Trulia®, etc.
• Tenant Screening:  We verify the Applicant’s Identity, Employment, Credit Score and Background.  We screen thoroughly for Identity Fraud.  In the 11+ years we have been in business, we have never had an Eviction.
• Lease Execution:  We provide Attorney vetted Leases for both parties to sign online via DocuSign.
