Credit-Verified Self-Guided Tour Access

Dean & Associates Inc introduces a new service that we call Credit-Verified Self-Guided Tour Access. We utilize Rently® Lockboxes to provide access and to verify the Rental Customer’s Identity, but we manually pause allowing access until we pull the Rental Customer’s Credit Report and verify they have a qualifying Credit Score. The Rental Customer pays nothing for the Credit Report and no points are deducted from their Credit Score. If the Rental Customer has a qualifying Credit Score we allow access, if they do not, we prohibit access.
