Rental Customers Demanding an Agent Showing 

The Broker relies exclusively on Rently® Self-Showing Service to provide viewing Services for Rental Customers.  The Broker does not have Commissioned Real Estate Agents available for showing service.  

Rental Customers who would like to demand an Agent Escorted Showing for a rental property listed by Dean & Associates Inc, they must first submit an Approvable Application and then contact the Office during business hours to make arrangements for the viewing.
