Rental Customers Requesting Office Appointments

The Broker does not grant requests for Office appointments to rental customers who would like to attempt to “explain their situation” for the purpose of requesting exceptions to the Broker’s published policies.

The Broker does not grant requests for office appointments to rental customers who would like an Agent to assist them with filling out the application. The only exception to this policy would be for rental customers who declare that they have a disability that would hinder them from filling out the application. In addition, the Broker would not grant a request to a rental customer declaring a disability until after they consent to a credit check so that the Broker can verify that they have a qualifying credit score.
