The Broker Disclaims Vicarious Liability for 3rd Party Vendors

When a Property Management Agreement is in force between the Broker and the Owner, the Broker’s services are solely for the benefit of the Owner and don’t create any third party rights or benefits for parties hired directly by the Owner, including but not limited to, Annual Home Warranty Providers, Repair Vendors, Maintenance Service Providers, etc. The Broker has no contractual relationship with third parties hired directly by the Owner and thus, disclaims liability for their actions or omissions.
