Credit Verified Tour (CVT) Application Policy

Credit Verified Tour is a term used by Dean & Associates Inc (the Broker) to describe Rental Customer Self-Guided Tour (SGT) access given after having a qualifying credit score verified. Usually this is accomplished by the Broker sending an invitation link from Buildium to check the Rental Customer’s credit score. The process is free to the Rental Customer and no points are deducted from their credit score.

In cases where the Broker can see in the Rently dashboard that the Customer has registered with Rently and is a “Green” Verified Match, then the Broker will waive the requirement for the manual credit check since this was accomplished in the Rently Verified Match process.

In cases where the Broker can see in the Rently dashboard that the customer registered with Rently for a Verified Match but Rently is not indicating that the match is “Green”, then the Broker will require the manual credit check since the Broker cannot tell if the reason a “Green” match was not given for the credits score not being qualified or for some other reason.
