Dean & Associates Inc maintains a published set of policies that govern how we list rental properties, screen Applicants, place Tenants, and manage rentals on behalf of Property Owners. These policies exist so Property Owners and prospective Tenants can review our standards in advance and so all parties are treated consistently.
