Credit-Verified Lockbox Service℠ 

Regular Rently® Service verifies a Registered Rental Customer’s identity before allowing access.  Rently® also has a product which is called Rently® “Verified”.  Rently® “Verified” verifies the customer’s identity and also checks their credit score in order to advise the customer if they have the qualifying credit score necessary to possibly be approved for a lease application.  Rently® allows “Verified” customers access whether they are qualified or not.  

Dean & Associates Inc introduces Credit Verified Lockbox Service℠.  We use Rently’s® identity verification feature but disable the automatic access function.  When a Rental Customer requests a showing we require them to let us check their credit report to be sure that they have a qualifying credit score.  The credit check is free and there are not points deducted from their score.  If they have a qualifying credit score we permit entry, if they do not we deny entry.
