EPA RRP Rule

The EPA’s Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule requires property management companies to be certified if they perform or offer to perform renovation, repair, or painting projects in pre-1978 buildings that could disturb lead-based paint. This certification requires the firm to have at least one Certified Renovator on staff, ensure all workers are either certified or trained by a certified renovator, and follow lead-safe work practices for all applicable projects.

Dean & Associates Inc is not certified by the EPA to repair properties built before 1978.
