• Electronic Lease Execution

With Credit Verified℠ Self-Guided Tour Leasing Service we pause the default automatic remote access provided by Rently® and manually check to see if the Rental Customer has a Qualifying Credit Score before allowing access. This Service is required for properties that are initially listed for rent for $3000 per month or more.

Credit Verified℠ Self-Guided Tour Leasing Service costs 50% of the first month’s rent and includes:

• Photography for Advertising
• Advertising on Zillow, Rently, Trulia, Hotpads, etc.
• Credit Verified℠ Self-Guided Tour Showing Service
• Tenant Screening
• Electronic Lease Execution

With Agent-Guided Tour Leasing Service Cooperating REALTORS® and the Broker’s REALTORS® provide rental property showings. Cooperating REALTORS® will earn a commission of 50% of the first month’s rent if they are the procuring cause of a signed lease. This Service is only available for properties that are initially listed to rent for $3000 per month or more or properties that are in a gated community.

Agent-Guided Tour Leasing Service costs 100% of the first month’s rent.  Features include:

• Photography for Advertising
• Listing to the MLS and advertising on Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Hotpads, etc.
• Agent-Guided Tour Showing Service
• Tenant Screening
• Electronic Lease Execution

Property Management Service costs $75 per month and includes:

• Rent Collection
• Repair Ordering Service
• Accounting
• 1099 Service
• Move In Condition Report
• Move Out Condition Report
• Security Deposit Escrow and Return

• Annual Lease Renewal & Inspection Service – $300

• SureVestor Eviction Insurance costs $44 per month.
