Agent-Guided Tour Leasing Service costs 100% of the first month’s rent and includes:

  • Photography for Advertising
  • Advertising in the MLS and on Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, etc.
  • Agent-Guided Tour Showing Service
  • Tenant Screening
  • Electronic Lease Execution

Management Service

Property Management Service costs $75 per month and includes:

  • Rent Collection
  • Repair Ordering Service
  • Accounting
  • 1099 Service
  • Move In Condition Report
  • Move Out Condition Report
  • Security Deposit Escrow and Return

Annual Fees

  • Annual Lease Renewal Service – $300
