This Leasing and Management Plan is often selected by Property Owners who are listing for rent at $3500 per month or more.
Leasing Service costs 50% of the first month’s rent and includes Listing to Zillow®, Rently®, Trulia®, Hotpads®, etc., Credit-Verified Lockbox Service℠, Tenant Screening and Lease Execution. The requirements for Applicants include but are not limited to:
- At least a 740 FICO 8 Credit Score.
- No more than a 28% Rent to Income Ratio.
- No more than a 36% Debt to Income Ratio.
- No more than a 15% Credit Utilization Ratio (UR).
- All accounts in the Credit Report, whether disputed or not, must be in Good Order without any delinquencies.

$50 Per Month Management Service for Tenants with 670+ FICO 8 Credit Scores
This Leasing and Management Plan is often selected by Property Owners who are listing for rent between $3000 – $3499 per month.
Leasing Service costs 50% of the first month’s rent and includes Listing to Zillow®, Rently®, Trulia®, Hotpads®, etc., Credit-Verified Lockbox Service℠, Tenant Screening and Lease Execution. The requirements for Applicants include but are not limited to:
- At least a 670 FICO 8 Credit Score.
- At least a 3 to 1 Income to Rent Ratio.
- No more than a 41% Debt to Income Ratio.
- No more than a 30% Credit Utilization Ratio (UR).
- All accounts in the Credit Report, whether disputed or not, must be in Good Order without any delinquencies.

Leasing Service costs 50% of the first month’s rent and includes Listing to Zillow®, Rently®, Trulia®, Hotpads®, etc., Rently® Service or Credit-Verified Lockbox Service℠, Tenant Screening and Lease Execution. The requirements for Applicants include but are not limited to:
- At least a 620 FICO 8 Credit Score.
- At least a 3 to 1 Income to Rent Ratio.
- No more than a 41% Debt to Income Ratio.
- No more than a 40% Credit Utilization Ratio (UR).
- Delinquencies in the credit report, whether disputed or not, when all added together cannot equal or exceed $500.

- 12 Month Lease Term

This Leasing and Management Plan is often selected by Property Owners who are listing for rent between $1500 – $2499 per month.
Leasing Service costs 50% of the first month’s rent and includes Listing to Zillow®, Rently®, Trulia®, Hotpads®, etc., Rently® Service, Tenant Screening and Lease Execution. The requirements for Applicants include but are not limited to:
- At least a 580 FICO 8 Credit Score.
- At least a 3 to 1 Income to Rent Ratio.
- No more than a 41% Debt to Income Ratio.
- No more than a 50% Credit Utilization Ratio (UR).
- Delinquencies in the credit report, whether disputed or not, when all added together cannot equal or exceed $1000.
- Co-Signers are allowed.
