Leasing Service costs 100% of the first month’s rent and includes:

  • Photography for Advertising
  • Advertising in the MLS and on Zillow, Rently, Trulia, Hotpads, etc.
  • Agent Guided Tour Property Showing Service and Self-Guided Tour Property Showing Service
  • Tenant Screening. While we do not guarantee that no Tenant will need to be Evicted, we have not had an Eviction since we began business in 2014. We have expertise in detecting Application Fraud.
  • Electronic Lease Execution

Free Property Management Service includes:

  • Rent Collection
  • Repair Ordering Service
  • Accounting
  • 1099 Service
  • Move In Condition Report
  • Move Out Condition Report
  • Security Deposit Escrow and Return

Optional Additional Services:

  • Eviction Protection Plan (EPP) is charged at $20 per month.
  • SureVestor Insurance costs $44 per month. EPP is waived when Insurance is purchased.
  • Annual Lease Renewal Service – $350
  • Annual Property Condition Report – $150
