$50 Per Month Management Service for Tenants with 650+ FICO 8 Credit Scores
This Management Plan is designed for Property Owners who desire less exposure to eviction and are willing to compete for Rental Customers with a good credit score.
Leasing Service costs 50% of the first month’s rent and includes Advertising, Property Showings, Tenant Screening and Lease Execution. The requirements for Applicants include but are not limited to:
- At least a 650 FICO 8 Credit Score.
- At least a 3 to 1 Income to Rent ratio.
- No more than a 41% Debt to Income ratio.
- No more than a 40% Revolving Credit Utilization ratio.
- All accounts in the Credit Report must be in Good Order without any delinquencies.
- SureVestor Eviction Insurance is optional for $30 per month but is not required.

$50 Per Month Management Service for Tenants with 600+ FICO 8 Credit Scores
This Management Plan is designed for Property Owners who are willing to risk more exposure to eviction in order to get a higher rental rate for their property.
Leasing Service costs 50% of the first month’s rent and includes Advertising, Property Showings, Tenant Screening and Lease Execution. The requirements for Applicants include but are not limited to:
- At least a 600 FICO 8 Credit Score.
- At least a 3 to 1 Income to Rent ratio.
- No more than a 41% Debt to Income ratio.
- No more than a 60% Revolving Credit Utilization ratio.
- The total of all delinquencies (past due, charged off, judgements, liens, etc.) in the in the Credit Report can equal or exceed the amount of one month’s rent.
- No renewal will be offered after receiving a late rental payment or late utility bill notice within a 6 month lease term.
- SureVestor Eviction Insurance is required for $30 per month.
