Cooperating Agent Commission For Rentals

The Broker offers Cooperating Agents who show rental properties to customers who sign a lease a commission of $250.  There is no fee offer for referrals and in order for the Cooperating Agent to earn a showing commission they must register as a Rently® User and open the lockbox on their account.  In other words, you will not be paid a commission if you claim you entered the property with your customer’s Rently® account.
