Monthly Property Management with Eviction Protection

Your monthly management fee covers:
- Rent collection and monthly disbursement
- Repair ordering service with no markup
- No repairs for over $300 ordered without Owner approval
- Accounting and year-end 1099 service
- Move-In and Move-out condition reports
- Security Deposit escrow and itemized accounting
- Lease Renewal Service is $300 per year and includes rechecking the Tenant’s credit report and reverifying the Tenant’s recurring income.
- Annual Inspection Service is $50 per year – an interior and exterior condition report with photos.
- Eviction Protection is included in the $99 monthly management plan. Homes on that plan are enrolled in a third-party protection program that applies to Tenants we place under our published screening standards. Benefits are paid by the program provider, not by Dean & Associates Inc, under the program’s terms and eligibility rules, and are credited to your Owner account.
- Eviction Protection – up to two months of unpaid rent after a Tenant defaults.
- Eviction Protection – up to $1,500 toward eviction legal costs, court costs, and the cost of re-letting the home after a Tenant defaults.
- No Leasing Service fee to replace a Tenant after an eviction.
