Pet Policy

Property Owners have the option to not allow pets. When a Property Owner elects to allow pets the policy is: No dangerous breed dogs; no dogs over 25 lbs. when mature; no dogs under 6 months old max 2 dogs; no cats. $250 pet fee per approved dog. All applicants must complete PetScreening.com. Household pet profiles currently cost $30 per pet and may require annual renewal. No-pet and assistance animal accommodation profiles are free.
