When the disability or the need for the accommodation is not obvious, we may ask for reliable information confirming that you have a disability and explaining how the accommodation relates to it; we do not require a diagnosis, medical records, or any particular form. If we cannot grant a request as made, we will discuss alternatives with you. There is never a charge for an accommodation, and making a request never counts against your application.
