Service Area
We provide Service for single family detached homes that were built after 1977 and are estimated by Zillow® to lease for at least $1500 per month. Properties must be vacant, unfurnished and in good condition.
Our geographic service area includes Shelby County and Moody and Pell City in St. Clair County.
