Service Area

Our Service Area is Shelby County.  We provide Leasing and Management Services for single family properties that are estimated by Zillow® to lease between $1500 and $3000 per month.  Properties must be vacant, unfurnished and in “Broom Clean” condition.

Leasing Service

Leasing Service includes:  (1) Advertising, (2) Property Showings, (3) Tenant Screening and (4) Lease Execution.

Advertising:  We will photograph your property advertise it on Zillow®, Hotpads®, Trulia®, Realtor.com®, etc.

Property Showings:  The Broker will provide Rently® Self-Showing Service for a fee of 50% of the first month’s rent.    

Tenant Screening:  We verify the Applicant’s Identity, Employment, Credit Score and Background.  

Lease Execution:  We provide Attorney vetted Leases for both parties to sign online via DocuSign.

Property Management Service

10% of the Rent per Month.  Features of this service include:
