Property Management Service is Available for $50 per Month

Property Management Service includes:

  • Rent Collection
  • Accounting
  • Repair Ordering Service
  • Lease Renewal Service costs $300 annually (this is only charged if your Tenant stays for another year)
  • Annual Property Condition Report costs $150 (this is only charged if your Tenant stays for another year)
  • Move Out Inspection
  • Security Deposit Escrow and Return

Lease Only Service is Available for 50% of the First Month’s Rent

Leasing Service includes:  

  • AdvertisingWe will photograph your property and list it to Zillow®, Hotpads®, Trulia®, Realtor.com®, etc.
  • Tenant Screening:  We verify the Applicant’s Identity, Employment, Credit Score and Background.  We screen thoroughly for Identity Fraud.  In the 11+ years we have been in business, we have never had an Eviction.
  • Move In Inspection Report:  The Broker will conduct a Move In Inspection Report that will document the condition of the property at Lease Execution.
  • Lease Execution:  We provide Attorney vetted Leases for both parties to sign online via DocuSign.

SureVestor ProtectionPlus Bundle Insurance is Available for $50 per Month

Monthly property management for $50 per month is a prerequisite for SureVestor Landlord Insurance which also costs $50 per month. Coverage includes but is not limited to:

  • Malicious Damage: Covers up to $35,000 in intentional damage or vandalism caused by tenants.
  • Loss of Rent Guarantee: Covers up to 25 weeks of lost rent if the property becomes uninhabitable due to a covered event.
  • Eviction Costs: Provides up to $5,000 for eviction costs, including filing fees and sheriff fees.
  • Liability Coverage: Includes $1,000,000 in third-party liability coverage, which is twice the amount typically offered by standard dwelling policies.
  • Theft Coverage: Includes $15,000 for theft or damage resulting from theft.
  • Lock-Related Coverage: Covers rekeying of locks if a tenant skips out or is evicted, and provides $5,000 in lockbox coverage.

Service Area

In Shelby County we provide Leasing and Management Services for single family properties that were built after 1977 and are estimated by Zillow® to lease for at least $1500 per month.  Properties must be vacant, unfurnished and in “Broom Clean” condition.  

In Jefferson County we provide Leasing and Management Services for single family properties that were built after 1977 and are estimated by Zillow® to lease for at least $1500 per month in Vestavia Hills, Hoover, Homewood, Mt Brook and/or areas within approximately a 9 mile radius of our office at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Dr, Birmingham, AL 35242.
