MLS Realtor® Leasing Service Costs 100% of the First Month’s Rent
Leasing Service includes:
- Advertising: We will photograph your property and list it to the MLS, Zillow®, Hotpads®, Trulia®, Realtor.com®, etc.
- Property Showings: Realtor® escorted showing plus Rently® Self-Showing Service is available for 100% of the first month’s rent.
- Tenant Screening: We verify the Applicant’s Identity, Employment, Credit Score and Background.
- Move In Inspection Report: The Broker will conduct a Move In Inspection Report that will document the condition of the property at Lease Execution.
- Lease Execution: We provide Attorney vetted Leases for both parties to sign online via DocuSign.
Service Area
Our Service Area is Shelby County. We provide Leasing and Management Services for single family detached properties that are estimated by Zillow® to lease for at least $1500 per month. Properties must be vacant, unfurnished and in “Broom Clean” condition. Properties cannot have unpermitted finished areas such as basements, attics, covered porches, etc.
