Agent Showing Policy

Agents of Dean & Associates Inc (hereinafter referred to as the Broker) do not show rental properties. The Broker relies on self-showing technology to provide Rental Customers convenient access 7 days a week.

If a property is listed to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) then Rental Customers can make arrangements to view the property with a Cooperating REALTOR. Cooperating REALTORS however cannot show rental properties listed by the Broker if they are not listed to the MLS.
