Cooperating REALTOR® Compensation

Dean & Associates Inc lists rental homes in Shelby County, Alabama under two services. Homes listed under our Lease Only Service appear on the Multiple Listing Service and are shown in person by appointment. This page states the compensation we offer to a Cooperating REALTOR® who shows one of those homes to a client who then leases it.

What we pay

A Cooperating REALTOR® who shows their client the Property and whose client executes a Lease on one of our Lease Only listings is paid 50% of the first month’s rent.

Compensation is earned on Lease execution and is paid from the funds delivered by the Tenant at that time. Nothing is earned and nothing is paid if a Lease is not executed.
