Agent Showing Policy
The Broker utilizes self-showing technology to provide Rental Customers with convenient access to rental properties seven (7) days per week. Except as provided below, the Broker does not conduct in-person showings of rental properties.
As an exception, and subject to availability, the Broker may schedule an in-person showing only for applicants who have submitted a complete application and have been formally approved by the Broker. Incomplete or pending applications do not qualify for agent-assisted showings.
If a property is listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Rental Customers may coordinate showings through a Cooperating REALTOR®. The Broker recommends that Rental Customers obtain independent representation when viewing MLS-listed properties. Cooperating Agents may advocate for and negotiate on behalf of the Rental Customer, while the Broker represents the Property Owner. The Broker’s role is to represent the interests of the Property Owner. Rental terms are established in advance, and deviations from published terms are not typically offered.
This policy is applied uniformly to all applicants in compliance with Fair Housing laws.
